Commonly Asked Questions
Where is young adult nonfiction located?
Young adult nonfiction and biographies are interfiled with the adult nonfiction and biography collection. They can be identified by their large yellow and pink YA label. If you have any trouble locating material please do not hesitate to ask the librarians at the circulation desk or the youth services librarian upstairs in the Children’s Room.
What happens if there is an adult using the teen corner and I would like to look at teen magazines or use the teen work space area?
Please know that you can always ask a librarian for help. All you have to do is speak with a librarian and we will take care of the rest. We want all teens using the library to enjoy using the space.
Can I volunteer at the library for my school community service hours?
For question regarding community service hours please contact our Library Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
