One of the most popular databases at the Rockport Public Library is Ancestry Library Edition. This genealogical database is used by many to look up census records from 1790-1940 , draft cards, ship passenger lists, and much more.
This database was only available for in-library use, but due to the unprecedented shut down of libraries across the state, Ancestry is offering remote access to Rockport Public Library cardholders for a limited time, from now through June 30.
