Make Requests

Requests for items, including the library’s newest materials, can be made online through the library Catalog. You will need your borrower barcode (the barcode on your library card, entered as numbers only – no spaces) and your PIN, which is the last four digits of your library card. If you signed up for your card some time ago, your PIN may be the last four digits of the phone number you provided to the library. If you need help signing in, please contact us.

Requests may also be made by phone at 978-546-6934, by email at info@rockportlibrary.org, or in person at the library.

When your materials are ready for pickup, you will be notified by email, text, or telephone. You can determine how you are notified and can change the notification method at any time.

Requested materials will be held for pickup at the main desk for seven days. You can also pick up items through our back porch pickup service.
