The library has two meeting rooms that are available for public meetings and events. The Trustees Room contains a large oak table, eight oak chairs, and several folding chairs. The room can hold a maximum of 18 people. The Peggy Dirk Brenner Friends room has a small kitchen, projection equipment, a large movie screen, a lectern, and other equipment. The room can hold a maximum of 110 people with auditorium seating. All use of the meeting rooms should be in accordance with the meeting room use policy.
Regularly scheduled library or library-related activities are given preference for the use of the rooms. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. Public meetings may not interfere with normal library operations. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic room requests may be canceled at any time due to public health concerns.
