Reserve a Meeting Room

The library has two meeting rooms that are available for public meetings and events. The Trustees Room contains a large oak table, eight oak chairs, and several folding chairs. The room can hold a maximum of 18 people. The Peggy Dirk Brenner Friends room has projection equipment, a large movie screen, a lectern, and other equipment. The room can hold a maximum of 110 people with auditorium seating. All use of the meeting rooms should be in accordance with the Meeting Room Policy.

**All town committees/boards must contact the Town Administration office at ta@rockportma.gov to book a meeting room.**

**Meetings or events held at the library must be within normal library hours. All meetings or events need to end at least 15 minutes before the library closes.** 

 

Availability

Regularly scheduled library or library-related activities are given preference for the use of the rooms. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. Public meetings may not interfere with normal library operations.
