Emily Souza is excited to join the Rockport Public Library as the new Youth Services Librarian. Emily grew up in Rockport and holds a Master’s of Library and Information Science degree from Simmons University. She lives in Rockport with her husband and three children. She loves sharing nature, arts and crafts, and great books with kids. Please stop by the children’s room to meet or greet Emily on your next visit to the library.

Stop by the library and pick up our January take and make craft! Making a snowflake with pipe cleaners and beads is fun and helps little kids practice fine motor skills, counting, and pattern making. Recommended for ages 3+.
