We invite you to drop into the Trustees Room this afternoon and enjoy a space for PEACE & CALM. This will be today, TUESDAY, JANUARY 7th until 5:30 PM. Pop upstairs to relax and calm the mind with soothing nature sounds, imagery, or for a cozy place to sit and read.
We will also have our first monthly in-person meditation lecture at 5:30 PM in the Trustees Room today and still have a couple open seats. If you are interested in learning about meditation and a simple way to practice register online for today’s class or next month’s on February 4th.
