The Rockport Public Library is currently working on a new five-year strategic plan. This plan will look at community feedback through surveys and usage statistics to create goals and objectives for the library. The goals are to help us continue to meet and exceed community needs. The Library Board of Trustees and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners approve the strategic plan.
The progress made toward our goals will be reviewed through a yearly action plan. The strategic plan and action plan will be shared with the community at the library and on the library’s website.
Here are some of our previous plans:
Strategic Plan of Service 2017-2019
Strategic Plan of Service 2023-2025
